  • A digital invitation that you can send to your guests via WhatsApp, iMessage or Email.

    This includes a RSVP feature that allow your guests to confirm their attendance.

  • RSVP EVITE is a digital invitation with a RSVP feature.

    MOTION EVITE is a video invitation that you can share via WhatsApp or upload to Social Media. No RSVP feature.

    Both sold separately.

  • Approximately within 2-3 days upon payment. Provided you have all the details ready.

  • Yes, but there is additional charges applied.

  • Yes, we can change the color according to your theme. The color of floral however, is fixed.

  • Unfortunately, this feature is not available.

  • Yes, absolutely.

  • Yes, you can include maximum TWO photos.

  • You have THREE ROUNDS of amendment.

    We encourage that you bundle up as many changes for each round of amendment.

  • Yes, however a small fees applied for each changes.

    We recommend that you check all spelling and details prior final confirmation.

  • No. The design is strictly made for RSVP EVITE only.

    We DO NOT provide any form of design / working file to be used for other medium.

  • You can share the link via WhatsApp, iMessage, Email, Direct Message or even include it in printed invitation card.

  • All the responses are automatically compiled into a Google Sheet and notified to you via Email as well. You can view a sample HERE.

  • We accept payments via PayPal (international) or Online bank transfer (local).

    For Pay Pal, there will be additional processing fees (per each transaction).

  • We only accept cancellation on these few conditions

    No payment made

    No design/ visual sent from ELLO for review

    No refund once payment is made.

 

IMPORTANT

Please take note, your RSVP EVITE will be taken down ONE WEEK AFTER the wedding date.
This is to avoid any personal data (phone number / address) from being accessible via search engine (Google / Yahoo .etc)

For keepsake, you will be provided screenshots of your RSVP EVITE in a PDF.
By placing your order, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.

Colours may vary from screen to screen.
Every device/screen has a different capability to display colours and this may effect the preview.
