WHAT IS SEAL STAMP?

The tool used to make the impression on the wax. Wooden handle with brass seal.

WHAT IS WAX SEAL?

A harden wax with an impression, usually a monogram or crest.
Traditionally used to seal envelopes.
But don’t limit yourself, the possibilities are endless.

Ready Made Wax Seal : A completed wax seal, all you have to do is peel and stick.

WHAT IS MONOGRAM?

One or two interwoven letters, usually a person's initial.
Example : Adam & Maria (A M)

DO YOU PROVIDE MONOGRAM DESIGNS?

Yes, the monogram design are COMPLIMENTARY.
You will be provided with SIX OPTIONS to choose from.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DESIGN / LOGO?

Of course! Please share visual via WhatsApp,

Guidelines
Avoid intricate and complex design.
No screenshot image or image from Google.
Provide working file in Ai. or Pdf. format.

CAN I ADD WREATH / FLORAL TO THE DESIGN?

We DO NOT accept/offer intricate design.
This is due to the size of the seal stamp, which is 23mm.
Intricate or too fine details does not transfer well onto the wax.


WHY DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE SEAL STAMP WHEN ORDERING CUSTOM READY MADE WAX SEAL?

In order to make custom ready made wax seals, we require a seal stamp with the monogram of your choice.

You will receive the seal stamp together with custom ready made wax seals in the delivery.

WHAT ARE THE COLOURS AVAILABLE?

Copper, Gold, Bronze, Rose & White.
Please note wax colour may vary slightly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER?

Seal Stamp - 7 business days
Custom Ready Made Wax Seal - 10 business days
Ready Made Wax Seal - 7 business days

Due to the handmade nature of the product, we cannot accept rush order.

Please note this does not include delivery timeline.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept payments via Online bank transfer.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

Due to the pandemic, all delivery via registered courier are LIMITED TO WEST MALAYSIA ONLY. NO INTERNATIOL DELIVERY.

Express : 3 - 4 business days

Tracking number is provided.
Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee.
Delivery during peak season and to remote areas may take longer.

We DO NOT offer self pick up or COD.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only accept cancellation on these few conditions
